PEI Vacations on the Waterfront Payment Instructions
** Please do not make any payments until you have checked with us first to confirm the availability of the dates desired for your stay. **
If space is available, we will:
1) Ask you by telephone for a major credit card (MC/VISA/AMEX) in order to take a 50% booking deposit in order to secure your booking and reserve your dates.
2) We will also charge your credit card $375 Canadian at the time of booking as a security damage deposit (which will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of your stay provided you leave our home in good order.) Please note that no security damage deposit is required for stays at our Monticello B&B location.
3) The BALANCE DUE rental amount will be charged to your card at the time of check-in with us.
4) We will also ask you to download and complete our RENTAL AGREEMENT which can be found on the Reservations Page of this web site. Once completed, we will ask you to FAX it to us at 1 902 687 1781. Please keep a copy of the rental agreement for your records.
5) We will confirm your reservation by email and provide parking and other arrival information at that time.
