For the Briggs Suite at the Roseport (Charlottetown)

In Season Rates (July/August)
$1,750 Canadian per week (plus applicable taxes)
In-Season Daily Rate $250 Canadian (plus applicable taxes) with a minimum (3) three night stay

Off Season Rate
$1,400 Canadian per week (plus applicable taxes)

Rates are based on a Saturday to Saturday rental.
Check-in 3:30PM - 7PM; Check-out 11AM.

Off Season daily rates $200 (plus applicable taxes) with a minimum three night stay.

A Security/Damage Deposit of $375 Canadian is payable at the time of reservation booking.

For the Monticello B&B in Eastern Kings county

In Season (July/August) from $200-250 Canadian nightly based on room
Off-Season from $150-200 Canadian nightly based on room
Rates are based on a minimum two (2) night stay

Payment Terms:

50% Deposit is due at the time of booking via a major credit card (MC/VISA/AMEX).
The 50% Balance Due amount is paid on arrival via a major credit card.

Please do not send us any payments until you have checked with us first to confirm the availability of the dates desired for your stay. Thank You.

Cancellation Terms/Refund Policy
When given at least 14 days prior to the beginning of your reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a $50 Canadian service charge. If less than 14 days notice is given, but we are able to rebook your reservation, your deposit will be returned less a $50 Canadian service charge. If we are unable to rebook the reservation, then the full amount of your stay will be forfeited. Early departures will also be charged for the full length of stay unless we are able to rebook the entire reservation.


Kindly note that the “Briggs Suite” is a smoke-free and a pet-free environment.
Unfortunately the “Briggs Suite” is not suitable for children less than 12 years of age.
