The Briggs Suite has elegantly appointed features throughout including 2 bedrooms with Queen-sized beds and sleeps four comfortably.
Other amenities include hardwood and tile floors, two full baths with in-floor heating, a gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room seating for six, air conditioning, cable television with VCR/DVD player, guest computer/printer with high speed and wireless internet, complimentary telephone service to the US and Canada, a Dimplex electric fireplace, iron and commercial garment steamer and in-suite laundry facilities.
Two decks, overlooking the waterfront, are accessible directly from the unit and offer elevated viewing opportunities of the harbor while barbecuing, taking afternoon tea or enjoying evening cocktails as the sun goes down.
At our Monticello B&B site we have three bedrooms available, two with queen beds and one with (2) twin beds. Our screened-in sunroom offers relaxing viewing of the ocean and the taking of breakfast each morning.
